How to Use DJ Lightbox

Basic Usage:

• Click Enable Mic & Start to use your microphone.
• Click Capture System Audio to react to music playing on your computer (ensure you check 'Share audio'!).
• Select a preset, adjust sensitivity, and pick your colors.

Pop Out & Fullscreen Tips:

• When controls are popped out, the Fullscreen button is hidden due to browser security.
• Simply double-click anywhere on the main lightshow screen to toggle Fullscreen!

How to use with OBS:

1. Click Pop Out Controls to move the settings panel out of the way.
2. In OBS, add a new Window Capture source.
3. Select the browser window running the DJ Lightbox.
4. Pro Tip: Right-click the source in OBS → Blending Method → Screen to make the black background completely transparent!

How to use with Virtual DJ:

• The Easiest Way: Click Capture System Audio above, select your entire screen, and check the 'Share system audio' box!
• The Party Way: Click Enable Mic & Start and simply let your laptop mic listen to your room speakers.
• The Pro Way: Install a free "Virtual Audio Cable". In Virtual DJ, route a copy of your Master output to it. Set your browser's default mic to the virtual cable, then use the Mic button for a pure, direct digital feed!
